I need some volunteers for a couple of data entry tasks and for a few other projects. Great fun! A number of people have asked how they can help, I need you now! Email or call me to get details.
I campaigned door-to-door in Madison and Mazomanie this past weekend. A lot of neighbors were spending time outside enjoying the sun and spring-like warmth. I had a great time meeting people.
Despite longer session hours for the Senate last week, I still managed to attend a number of events including 2 fundraisers, a Waunakee social function, and the grand opening of a small business on Madison’s Northside. In addition, Melissa, the boys and I enjoyed Saint Patrick’s Day dinner at a local VFW. Good food, good people, and a good cause.
Unsolicited quote of the week: “We live in the Town of Burke…. You mean we can vote for you? Awesome. Awesome.” From former SCUBA students of mine who were at a local VFW enjoying the traditional Saint Patrick’s Day fare.
Keep April 17th on the calendar, that's the date for the fundraiser that Susan Steingass and Mary Berryman-Agard are hosting at Bunky’s on Madison’s Eastside. I would be honored to have you attend and bring friends and family.
